fencing quote

Hi all
We need to fence the front and one side of our 1930s semi-detached house. We have one quote so far from someone who was recommended to us.
Front: to supply and erect 20ft of 3' high pointed picket fencing, all timber, with 6" gravel board will cost £260.
Side: to supply and erect 30ft of 3ft high closeboard fencing with capping, all timber will cost £405.
Does this sound fair?
Thanks
Michelle

Cost me £800 to replace 50' of fencing in NW London a few years ago. 4' fence plus a trellis I think it is.0
