    Yes, but if I have read correctly there should be a file named wlchtc.dll associated with this CLSID. According to the OPs file the CLSID entry has (no file) as the entry. So maybe this item was installed and has now been (partially) deleted.

    The normal cleanup with these log files is to delete any entry that has a (no flag) entry.

    Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
    Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM FULL SCAN then click SCAN
    Post the log COMPLETE here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds
