Met office said yesterday that we'd be getting 15/20cms over night....woke up to rain instead so everything's nearly melted away. It's now just saying cloud for the next 4 days...
Haven't done a full shop since before christmas so really need to get the store cupboards restocked, will put in a Mr T order later.

Amazingly we have had a bit of a thaw today, snow has gone from most of the roofs and the heating has come back on:j:j
I really hope that things get back to some normallity soon as DS1 has AS level exams to sit this week and I really need to get my students back in the classroom otherwise they will get too far behind. DS2 hasnt been back to school at all this year!
Our bins both rubbish and re-cycling have not been emptied since 12th December :eek: the street is a total mess.

Just watched The Mask and am now watching Surviving Peter Sutcliffe, very interesting.
I just want to fit in my clothes without looking like an overstuffed cusion and I am NOT buying bigger clothes. OH is quite happy whatever shape I am:D
