    I was praising/supporting your comment that you have no intention of changing your style, like some on here unfortunately have done, to hurling insulting personal comments at others.
    (Mind you, since most are on ignore, I don't get to see much of the offensive stuff anymore)

    Perhaps a few posters should learn from our approach to debating on MSE :)

    What happens if they do? I'm sure I had one of these and they continuted to add interest

    Personally I'd angle for some kind of goodwill gesture pointing out the small sum involved. There is also the possibility of the FOS, this will take time but at least it will cost the bank a few hundred quid. Obviously don't mention this as the reason. I am just thinking in practiacl terms if a referral to the FOS (whether it is groundless or not) costs them say £350 then its worth them coming to some agreement with you on the charges.
