Game-1 missing order

Hello all, I placed an order with game-1.co.uk on the 17th December. It was for a zboard keyboard and wow keyset. As of today I have still not received anything. I have tried emailing them but have never had even a reply.
The money has left my bank account on the day of purchase.
Has anybody used them before on here , the site looks reputable as they were on kelkoo.
There is no contact phone number, I paid with visa debit so would I be covered.
Any help appreciated Thankyou.

Hi,
There address is a "Companies Made Simple" registered office that is not allowed to be used for trading.
If you dont have it by tomorrow i would lodge a "not received" complaint with the bank0
