I have chosen the site etc and it is showing full price and now wants all my details etc.
Do you need to go right through the process before it takesa the discount off?
Thansk
No - on the page where you search for availability it gives you a box to put the code in above the selections. This then reduces ALL prices to £0! Be amazed if this goes through...Being bored is so boring Im bored of it... :rotfl:0 -
Have to admit it is tempting, but I'd want to know that they're not going to take the full amount before I go ahead and book anything. Does anyone have any idea if there is any come back. What about the Ts&Cs?Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

They cant take more money out than you authorise. Its illigal to do so. If they do then you can get it back.
However - last time I went on holiday with them the confirmation letter stated: amount paid xxx. Amount to pay xxx. So that may be what they end up doing! Print the confirmation page...Being bored is so boring Im bored of it... :rotfl:0 -

Just booked this myself for St Margarets Bay for 12/8-19/8 saving a stonking £719 with insurance payment of just £9. As far as I know, and I have been to court on similar instances with companies such as this, the contract only became binding, in accoradance with British law and their own Terms, when they acknowledge receipt of payment. I received his about 15mins ago. I have printed out all the confirmation and booking pages so if they come back with requests for additional payments then I have evidence.0

Add to that that I have just received a call from them stating that they wish to cancel the booking or offer it to me at the new price assumedly £711. I stated that I have a legal contract with them for the provision of this service and have evidence in the form of acceptance of payment. They have advised that they will seek legal advise from their solicitors and get back to me.0

Hardly a surprise. Will be interested to see what they come back with.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
