My in-laws want to buy a digital camera. They are complete technophobes so it needs to be something point and shoot, very easy to use with a really simple UI. I'm hoping for something with autofocus, 3x optical zoom and minimum 3 megapixel for around £75 - £125. Usability really is the priority. Any ideas?

What about Kodak Easyshare cameras, try this one (only digital zoom though!):
