Different boiler problem

I have cold water and my heating is on so my boiler is actually working to a certain extent but we have no hot water.
I opened up all the hot water taps but nothing comes out, my condensing pipe (22mm white plastic) is not frozen and there are no error codes on my boiler (worcester greenstar 42 cdi)
Any ideas?

I work for a heating company and we`ve had lots of problems with condensate pipes freezing. Is yours lagged? Normally it comes up with an error code. I would ring worcester bosch on Monday, I doubt that they will be open over the weekend.0 -

Good evening: how have you determined that your condensate waste isn't frozen?

I poured 2 kettles full of boiling water over it.
My cold feed into the boiler comes out of the property under the decking and into the garage where the boiler is, before it reaches the boiler it bypasses the outside tap and the washing machine (also in garage), these are both not working which probably proves mikey72 to be right in saying the cold water feed is frozen.
It is lagged under the decking but once inside the garage it is bare and just clipped to the wall so I will try and heat up the pipe today and fit some lagging. Trouble is there are clips every 3 or 400mm so I won't be able to lagg all of it but hopefully this will be better than nothing.0
