i think the phone call is one of the hardest parts as untill then if like me you have told nobody about how bad the situation has got.
i am so glad i called payplan now as it had got too the point we had so many letters/phone calls where we were struggling to pay these have now started slowing down and yesterday we were told one of our creditors have written off a loan as bad debt (which yes we will pay but thats one less pressure as we will pay what we have left over each month on this one)DFW nerd club number 039
