PC Suddenly Went Off

Just been using my PC and it suddenly went off (and the phone) and will not reboot. Seems totally dead. It is a 4 year old machine with the same power cupply as I had in 2002. Could it be the power supply?

Any ideas please?

    have you checked fuses, trip switch (and the phone?.. )?
