conservatory and pilkington k glass

i am not sure if its the correct forum for this ,but my problem is i have paid for a conservatory to be installed.the contract was for k pilkigton glass as it was supposedly the best and more expensive and the rest but on installation i found that the glass used is not pilkington glass
on repeated enquiries i have had various explainnation including its actually k pilkington glass not made by them
now after 3 weeks i have been told that as per their terms amd conditions thay are entitled to change their product without informing me and are demanding the last payment due
is this normal or fair
have i got any choice
