Hi All, looking for any advice.
After paying a promoter money for tickets what are my rights if i am not allowed entry into the venue and am not given any reason for lack of entry?
Am I able to get my money back?
Are clubs allowed to have a no refund policy?
How far can I take matters?

I think most clubs have the right to refuse entry policy printed on most tickets
Although i'm not too sure about the refund. Hopefully someone with a little more knowledge will come along soon0 -
A bit more detail is required here. What club? Why are you anticipating refusal of entry? Does it say anything on the tickets?0
