Praise for Morrisons!

We bought an iTouch for my son's 16th from Morrisons at the end of November and today it stopped working completely. I was expecting to be told it would have to be sent off to Apple, and didn't have a problem with that- but instead they offered me an exchange or the money back! Apparently their reciept for electrical goods acts as the 1 year guarantee, so they do this automatically. :j Really impressed, especially after the enormous problems I had with Currys last year with an expensive item that died before the guarantee was up!

Talking of Currys, they lost out on the £152 a new iTouch costs with them because of their bad service. I used to be a regular customer, but have vowed never to shop there again. Just keeping score :rotfl:
