hi
we booked a two night stay with the twenty nine pound a room deal, it is non refundable, non transferable, but unfortunately due to the weather we cannot go it would be stupid to go as it is forcast more snow this weekend, i phoned them before and they still going to charge, it is'nt our fault so i asked them if we could just rebook but no, any advice ?just seems a bit unfair as its circumstances beyond our control.
many thanks

It'll be in the Ts and Cs when you book that these are non-transferable and non-refundable. Did you read the Ts and Cs?.....0

Its in the T and Cs unfortunetly for you.
I work at premier inn and the programme we use won't actually allow us to cancel those rooms without charging for it.
Its unlucky. Prehaps you could try and get someone else to go.. maybe offer it to someone on here?0 -
Thats why they are £29! It does clearly state that it's non-refundable. Good idea from Shining dove to offer it on here.
Good luck!0 -
It told you it was non refundable, non transferable when you booked. You only get the special offer price with these conditions attached. It might be 'a bit unfair' as its circumstances beyond your control, but it is also beyond premier inns control and why should they take the loss? You were aware of the T&C's and chose to take a gamble when you booked these rooms. You can have freak weather, your car could break down, you could fall ill, your flight/train could be cancelled.... the list goes on. These are not the fault of premier inn its just bad luck. To offer these rooms at such low prices my guess is that they unfortunately make some money out of those who book in advance but then who don't turn up but still have to pay.
Your best bet is to sell the room on cheap and re-coup some of the money you have paid.0
