Help me get out of the do-do!

its been on loads of times, im sure they are not finished showing it...
ive caught my daughter watching it at least 3 times recently and we didnt record it,

I think it was on one of the music channnels (but not MTV obviusly as they dont seem to play music anymore!! lol)
you could check the A - Z listings see if its on again or... as others have suggested get it on dvd, its a pretty old show as i recall hearing Cheryl say her future mother in law was in the audience, so i doubt it would be very expensive

I did a search with my TV Guide, and it isn't listed as being show again. It searches all program listings in the future, and all channels, so it is unlikely to be repeated any time soon. It was listed as 'Girls Aloud: Out Of Control' - does that sound right? If so, check out this DVD:
