Got one too and sent a reply back saying it was badly worded and actually not very nice, and they'd disappoint a lot of people.
Incredibly bad, IMO. Told them to take me off of future mailing lists.
Really peed me off that they can blatantly lie. Didn't care about not winning, but thought it was downright rude to the point of nasty. What rubbed salt into the wounds is where they said they were giving out a free spray as thanks, then said you had to spend £25+ to get it.
Had better bleep out what I want to say next...
