I'm going to sow a few tomatoes and chillis in my heated propogator this weekend to get some really early crops. Will cheer me up no end too as I'm finding the weather so depressing. :-)

Good luck with the bananas - I'd love to hear how they do for you. I don't heat my greenhouse and think I'd struggle to make space for those along with the tomatoes and other tender plants I grow.

Yep time for a bit of the old POSITIVITY on the old Norn Iron thread again:T:T:T

I just got my house and contents insurance for a year for 4p:D Sainsburys bank had the best quote for me at £100.04, I can remember paying upwards of £30 a month when I first started paying house and contents insurance, before I wised up of course;)

Anyway went through Quidco who are presently offering £100 cashback for home insurance:T it has tracked as well, so 4p for home and contents insurance in N.I. can't beat that with a big stick, a lot cheaper than the £60 (after £50 cashback) I payed the co-operative last year, long live Quidco
I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:
  • Ooh thats FANTASTIC - 4p for insurance??? !! LOVE IT!!!
Feel free to thank me, it makes my toes tingle and my ears go warm :T
