Are they settled?
i.e. is there a date in the settled column?
If they are settled/closed then you can't get them removed.
It's called credit history and it's there for lenders to see how you've managed debt in the past.
If they aren't settled you need to contact the lender (get phone number from their website) and ask them to close the accounts.
Even if you've lost the card they should be able to find you by address.0
