    Congrats!

I got my first quarter bill since moving out of my parents and was very happy with the £100.01 for electric (all electric property) especially as 2 thirds of it covered the winter months.

EDIT: This is based on actual readings not estimated.

Sounds a bit low to me, as above estimated or actual readings?
    Care to give some detail.

    what was your last bill?

to me that isnt that low but considering it is winter it probably is lower than what my next bill will be.

Assuming this is latest bill this only cover 1/3rd of worst months of the year Dec -Feb

It may well be achievement for you personnel compared with previous months/years usage that's assuming it's based on metered usage than estimated usage

It does sound low figure well it is compared with mine

It's actual readings - I rang up and gave my readings today so it covers from my last bill in October
  • Depends how many people are in your household if its any good really.

We have a 2 person household, actual bills:

    Gas, 24 Sep - 13 Dec = £41.52 (£115 in credit net of bill)
    Electric, 24 Sep - 24 Dec = £67.95 (£35.88 in credit net of bill)

Not looking forward to the next quarter bill though, considering BG have automatically put DD payments down from £30 a month each to £20 for gas and £16 for electric
