For more information on reclaiming also check the link below with the guidlelines and template letters to help you through this, you can use the templates if you want to with your reasons you have, or as a guide.
They have 8 weeks in full to respond and post your letters by recorded delivery for your proof of posting, good luck and ask for help anytime.;)
