Warning Mums Opinions to close

I had an e-mail this morning saying there partnership with Bounty is ending and any unclaimed funds by 06/02/10 will be lost. I had £25.75 so have claimed £20.00. I can't claim the £5.75 as it is under the £10.00 limit - surely it cannot be fair to loose this?

Cheers for this. My acc balance is at £8.50 so I suppose ive lost the lot - I bet theres loads of people with balances under £10 - they will make a tidy sum from that im sure. Oh well nothing i can do i suppose just rather annoying.

Just looked thru my emails and I had 1 from Mums Opinions asking me to upgrade to Valued Opinions (as my youngest is now over 2) - I just did this and my £8.50 balance is now showing with them! So hopefully all is not lost - maybe you can do the same too OP???

I got the email too and came here to search out others that had.
When brainjuicer closed this happened : not enough money in the pot to hit the redemption limit. Lots of us emailed to complain and they allowed us to redeem, I'm emailing now and suggest others do the same:

Anyone who has a reply post hear how you get on.
    (I have £8.25 : it's mine not theirs).

If you contact them, they are usually pretty good. My Mums Opinion bakance did not transfer over automatically when my youngest got too old for me to have an opinion because I already had a Valued Opinions account. When I contacted them, they did it manually for me striaght away :T
