Phoenix gas heating not working

Can anyone help me if they know about gas central heating.
My flue light keeps flashing as if it is trying to fire & then fails.
Would there be a problem with frozen pipes.
Boiler is a Worcester & only 20 mnths old, still under warranty.
It's not a condenser boiler due to lack of water pressure if that's relevant.
Thanx

Can't help you with your problem, modern boilers have many things that can go wrong.
Suggest you get on to whoever installed it.
Or get in touch with Worcester Bosch http://www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/homeowner/customer-service

If you want more suggestions from the heating guys on here suggest you post the model of your boiler.
BTW All modern boilers are condensing. You may mean that its not a Combination Boiler.

Just a thought, others have posted about problems with the Condensate pipe freezing causing problems, I'd give that a quick check, (Its the one that drips or possibly goes into an outside drain)
That gum you like is coming back in style.
