The Hut sent me a rental copy

Hope this is the right forum.
I ordered My Bloody Valentine 3D on Blu-Ray from The Hut.
I was surprised to find that i got only the 2D version and it is also a rental copy which states on the box resale restricted.
I have tried emailing a couple of times and someone else who has had the same issue has also tried emailing 3 times with no response.
Now i'm wondering what i can do or where to go, as i've been stitched up and they are obviously in no rush to get back to me.
Any help? Thanks.
