i went to the one in montrose but they wouldnt honour it so i left without it

told my aunt about this today, reserved one for her in Hull and when she went along they wouldnt honour it until she made them go online and point out the price when added to the basket, what alot of huffing and puffing they let her have it so thankyou very much op

Cheers i printed off reservation went along, saw lady messin about, then another lady was asked about the price, then off they went to manager, then they looked online saw the save £20 and honoured the deal - cheers op xx

i cant even see if they have any in stock in my area, i keep getting a blank page and an error message, no matter what item i put in from argos, is this happening to anyone else? im missing out on bargains and cant sort it!!

If you use the quickpay it should charge you the reserved price always has for me. No stores near me with both have reserved the bracelet for £3.99 wonder if the quickpay will honour it

I reserved and went into town (just for this), but they would not honour the price and said that if i reserve it, it just means that the store will keep it aside for me, but at their price (which is a load of bo*****s). I stood my ground, but they were having none of it and i left empty handed. But as it is reserved up untill tommorrow, i might try again with other workers.

But on the upside, because of this journey into town i picked up two half price items in monsoon - so not entirely a wasted trip.

I reserved both items in 4 argos shops near me, all failed to honour the £10 price, saying that its a system error as the offer of £20 discount for both items is a mistake as it shouldnt do that for a more than half price offer.
Despite the print out an dreservation paperwork, they all refused to honour it. :-(
