Their thermals are pretty good - wearing a thermal long sleeved top at the minute under my other 2 layers :)

I bought some of their makeup at Christmas time since it was down to £1 in our local, just fun stuff - glittery eye liner etc - but I thought it was fine.

Anyone know if there's stuff on sale in Belfast??

I've just bought some thermals as my legs were freezing today so good to hear! I bought one of the men's thinsulate hats as well for £1.50 and it's really good, better than the women's ones!

Didn't see much on sale except the long fleecy dressing gowns for £6, men's slippers for £1 and I think some thin silky pj's, but the fleece pj's still full price.

Glasgow Forge Primark this afternoon had 2 pk black ladies fleece gloves for £1, pk of 4 Xmas face cloths £1 (was £2, will keep for next year pressies), black thin joggies at the cashdesk for £1, girls grey or brown marl 3/4 leggings for £1 (will do DD for the summer) odd bits of jewellery for £1, I could only see make-up for £1 none for 50p. I saw slipper socks for £1 but didn't like them. I planned a trip there anyway so quite happy with the things I got.
  • Was in Argyle St today and has ladies bikini bottoms for 25p. Quite a mix of sizes and even had big sizes 20+ in bikini shorts. Many of the other bargains had gone but had a big baskets of socks for 10p but you need to check that they are both the same size.

I wish I could get to our PRimark, but my closest is 12 miles away, so not possible in this weather atm :(
My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly :)

Our Precious Baby Tianna has now joined our Family, she is much loved and very welcome, xxx
  • They also sell ugg-type boots for £5. That's the actual price and not a sale price and they seem to have lots of stock. They're perfect if you just want something to keep you warm over the next few weeks in this freezing cold weather! They come in black and tan and look exactly like the top 2 boots here:
