even if the property is already under offer. I'm going to put in an offer on a property that I saw at the weekend. It's probably already had offers although I don't know if any have been accepted. I thought I heard somewhere that EAs are legally obliged to forward any offer made on a property. Is this true?

Unless given instruction to the contrary by the seller.
Eg if they have accepted the offer that is already in they may have instructed the Agent to cease marketing and take no further offers.0 -
I have know a vendor refuse a higher offer as he didnt think it would be fair to the other people that he had already agreed to sell to.
Depends on the vendor really. EA should tell them about it though.2012 wins approx £11,000 including 5k to spend on a holiday :j0
