Dodgy MOT or clerical error?
Bought a car at motor auction today, mileage read 93000,signed declaration stating this to be true, checked mot, done on 1st aug 09, mileage recorded at 40000, checked history of mot's, year before was recorded at 84000. Now my dilemma is ,if i had an accident would the mot invalidate my insurance, and secondly do i have any comeback at auction site in regards to this,.
