Well Done O2

My mobile contract is due for renewal in April so I phoned O2 on the off chance to see when I can upgrade. She told me that it shouldn't be until the 7th Feb but I could do it today if I really wanted.
I told her which phone I wanted and she went through everything and i'm not getting the brand new phone I want and she's done it at £9 per month less than i'm paying now.
All this was done at 6pm tonight and i've just had a text message and email saying my new phone has been despatched and will be with me tomorrow.
Thanks very much O2, I wish other phone companies i've been with over the years were this helpful

Praise for O2 here too. I am not on their network and went abroad recently. My usual network weren't set up in that particular country so I borrowed my mother's phone (on O2 PAYG) who were lovely to me and even provided support whilst abroad even though I wasn't the named person on their systems. Fantastic customer service and if my phone wasn't locked to my network, I would be with O2 in a heartbeat.0
