Returning large TV to ASDA?

Have had Baier 29 inch TV purchased at ASDA for 4 months. Now gone faulty(no install or audio settings screen appears to tune) and after speaking to Asda helpline on telephone, have been told need to return it to local store for a replacement or refund, only problem is the tv is huge and also without the box will be virtually impossible for me to carry. I was under the impression from another posting I have seen somewhere that for TV's 28 inches, ASDA sends out an engineer to check/repair? Anybody else aware of this?

How did you get it home in the first place? I have taken big tv's back to Asda and they will get one of the lads to get it out of the car for you and carry it in. Usually get a replacement and some money back as well because they are always coming down in price. They never quibble either.Don't buy the Sun.0
