    I didn't log on till 10.00am.

1 x night near Glastonbury, so I can wash the mud off!
2 x nights T5 Heathrow when flying to Chicago, this has enabled me to consider flying from Manchester to Heathrow instead of train + tube + bus.
1 x Night Manchester when going to see Peter Kay
1 x Night in Liverpool when going to see Frankie Boyle.

So that's all my social events for the year sorted. Just need October half-term now, so am waiting for the next sale.

Cup final weekend - 2 nights near London (Sunbury) for £9 and £19. And in the unlikely event the mighty Wigan Athletic don't make it to Wembley, it'll be off to Thorpe and Chessington with the free merlin pass thanks to Tesco.

Yes i thought it was a great sale too. I got 4 nights in Londons Covent garden one, which is a superb travel lodge, in August for £160 for a family of 4 including brekkie. The rooms now at that one are £99 each. I am well pleased. Got tickets for We will rock you and Billy Elliot. All i need to do now is cash in my tesco vouchers for their deals to do Madam Tussauds and the Tower of London, kids been on for ages to go their. Booked all as seperate nights which is what you need to do to get the price right.:T

There is also a thread on this on the Grabbit forum. I got 4 nights in Eastbourne for £36, also 5 nights in Cheltenham for my parents for £71. They've now decided they also want to go further south so I'm now searching for that.

I got 2 nights in London for £33 - that is for June during half term, so really chuffed. Stopping in the City Travelodge - have used it before & it was one of the newer/cleaner one's I've stopped in. Not central to theatres etc but suits my needs & I can get to where I need to by tube/bus. Sadly I missed the sale for April dates late last year.
