    ooh yay!!! fingers crossed!!
  • ooh i hope so, they asked about utility bills, council tax banding and water rates cost.

then they asked how long on market and if i had any offers, i've been on a month with 2 low offers. i kinda implied that i was looking a litte nearer the asking price, because i priced it to sell..........EA estimated between 95 & 120 so i placed on market at 100

ooh i hope they offer us something we can accept ... fingers crossed

i think i've found everything i hid, couldn't find my sons school coat or shoes this moring..................ah ha...........look in the washer and there they where. I wonder what else ive not found yet

estate agents rang the couple this morning to be told that they had an offer on their house yesterday morning, they are very keen on mine and once they have a couple of days to see if their offer is firm, they will "most probuably" put an offer on mine.

Lets see what happens, fingers crossed
