Praise for Aer Lingus

I had a flight booked with Aer Lingus which got cancelled due to the bad weather. Instead of being offered a refund, which would have meant me rebooking a new flight at some ridiculous cost, they have allowed customers of cancelled flights to rebook online where they have waived all fees and costs including the price difference between the booked flight and the new flight.

Therefore it allowed me to pick a new rescheduled flight on any day absolutely free. My cancelled flight cost £25 but my rebooked flight would have cost me £140 had I only been offered a refund. Thanks Aer Lingus :T !
