Glow Worm Space Saver Boiler problem...

My Mum moved home a couple of years ago and inherited this boiler in the new place.
However, she didn't receive any instructions for using it, meaning that when she has the rads on they are dangerously s-c-o-l-ding hot - and I do mean scolding! The boiler is constantly rebooting every few minutes, but we don't know how to turn the boiler down.
Does anyone know whether there is a dial/button somewhere out of sight on the boiler that can be accessed to turn the boiler down?
(A neighbour said try turning the water pump in the airing cupboard down to a lower setting, which we've now put on no. 1. It was on No. 2).

there should be a panel on the front that you can lift off quite safely. there might be a couple of wing nuts holding the cover on which you should be able to undo with your fingers. Inside there should be a pretty obvious dial with a low > high symbol on it. Just turn that clockwise a bit to turn the max heating temp.
