Probably because it clashes with the England game. Elton John tickets were selling for £1 for his gig in Brighton on sunday.

Agreed...but I was at the 02 Wireless festival at Hyde Park on Sunday & they had a hulking great screen showing the footy there...hopefully the same on Saturday!

I was there too, not sure about a hulking great screen though!, it was barely adequate and with the bumper car ride right in front of it with a ridiculously courdoned off area certainly made it extremeley awkward to get a good view of the screen.

Probably another factor besides the football is the awful lineup.

I would pay 13.50 just to see suzanne vega but I live too far away, costs £30 on train! Live in doncaster

Think Razorlight are on the bill - even though wasn't mentioned in the OP.. I'm sure I saw an advert on TV for it and they were mentioned..

Yes, I think so. Wasn't he that guy who wrote some album that was regarded as the best ever and spent 260 weeks on the chart?

He probably hasn't, but I'm sure he's heard of classics similar to Dark Side of the Moon as penned by Boyzone, Britney & The Cheeky Girls.
