"Roger Waters headlines on Saturday 1st July and will be performing Pink Floyd’s legendary ‘The Dark Side of the Moon’ album as part of his set. This will be Waters’ only British performance of ‘The Dark Side of the Moon’ during 2006. Expect an amazing light show and a truly unforgettable evening."

Agreed...but I was at the 02 Wireless festival at Hyde Park on Sunday & they had a hulking great screen showing the footy there...hopefully the same on Saturday!0

I was there too, not sure about a hulking great screen though!, it was barely adequate and with the bumper car ride right in front of it with a ridiculously courdoned off area certainly made it extremeley awkward to get a good view of the screen.
Probably another factor besides the football is the awful lineup.0 -
Lineup isn't fantastic is it?
Roger water - who's he? Is he from pink floyd?
I would pay 13.50 just to see suzanne vega but I live too far away, costs £30 on train! Live in doncaster0 -

If anyone hasn't heard of Breaks Co-op before you can find out a little about them and view the video for their single here: http://www.video-c.co.uk/micrositedisplayfull.asp?vidref=brea001
I just love the single.

Have to agree - bloody awful line-up  . Yes, INCLUDING that pretentious old wrinkly Waters.I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!0 -
Think Razorlight are on the bill - even though wasn't mentioned in the OP.. I'm sure I saw an advert on TV for it and they were mentioned..0

As if the lineup wasn't bad enough, they add one on the most overrated and unoriginal bands of the last 100 years to the bill!0 -
rdwarr wrote:Yes, I think so. Wasn't he that guy who wrote some album that was regarded as the best ever and spent 260 weeks on the chart?
Have you heard of Elvis Presley or The Beatles?
He probably hasn't, but I'm sure he's heard of classics similar to Dark Side of the Moon as penned by Boyzone, Britney & The Cheeky Girls.0
