Hi
I'm quite new to this site so if there's a webpage explaining this please point me to it.
I've viewed my Experian credit report online and was surprised at how little was on it. In particular there was no mention of my Lloyds current account (many years old), Lloyds loan (2 years), Lloyds cc (6 years). All it had was a couple of mobile phone contracts, electoral roll info, a couple of ID checks and unrecorded enquiries and a credit card application. There was no details of my credit card limit, payments, dates, utility bills etc.
Is this normal?

There are actually 3 credit agencies in the UK of which Experian is the largest. The others are Equifax and CallCredit.
You could find that the details of the Lloyds accounts are on your Equifax report. CallCredit are very new and I haven't read any good reports about them so would ignore them for the time being - however, you may want to send off for your equifax report. Again, it costs £2 and you can apply online here.Mortgage Feb 2001 - £129,000

Lloyds are one of the companies which don't report your details to the credit card agencies as long as you always pay on time. This is great when you are applying for lots of credit but bad when you are trying to build up a credit history.0
