I bought some polo shirts, described as EXQUISITE, they were the biggest pile of rubbish I had ever seen. Cheap, tatty and wider than they were long.
Utter rubbish.
But, I have also bought other items that I have been very pleased with. One has to be carefull. And use your head.0 -
I bought an iron from them on line. I did my research beforehand though to make sure I wasn't getting robbed but I did get it far cheaper then i would anywhere else even with the postage costs.

I've bought 2 watches from them and been really pleased with the quality and the price. Also their larger gold bracelets come as low as £4 per gramme which is hard to beat.
I always add £10 to the price to cover P & P and the phone call.
As always its a case of 'Buyer beware'I'm Glad to be here... At my age I'm glad to be anywhere!!
I'm not losing my hair... I'm getting more head!!0 -

I had to claim a few weeks back when some boxer shorts did not arrive. I was sent the claim form within a couple of days and i received a full refund within a week of them receiving my form. Was well impressed with their Customer services.
