Sky- vouchers!

Hiya. Has anyone had any success with receiving promised Vouchers after complaining to SKY Head Office. I took out Sky contract on Sept 18th 0 and eagerly waited for my £50.00 vouchers to spend at Tesco, which I was told would be within 3 weeks. After numerous phone calls to Sky, I was fobbed off with all sorts of excuses…

I've had to call up Sky about claiming my vouchers for signing up through a friend. They told me to write a letter, but I've lost the address! Can anyone help? Thinking of sending it to Head Office in Middlesex.
