    It is disproportionate if you look at it purely as a consequence of your action.
    I agree.

    However what I am trying to say is that it wasn't just a result of your action.
    It was a result of other things going on as well in the economy.
    They jsut took this opportunity to do soemthing they wanted to do anyway.
    Lots of people have had limits reduced or cards withdrawn for doing nothing.

    But certainly yes, if you have options, you can vote with your feet.
