Got up today, no heating or hot water . Anyone any ideas as to what I could try. Tried topping up pressure. Think weather is to blame but not sure of best way to get it going again. Many thanks
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.
No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

Huh, welcome to the club, mines not been working all winter!! Have you got electric cooker?
Stick largest pots on to boil - put all the water in the bath (remember cold water in first!!) and then cleanest goes in first, with dirtiest person in last .... that's you all washed.
Dressing wise - again if you've an electric cooker, lay all the school clothes, work clothes out in the kitchen with the oven door open, and as soon as you've bathed - into the kitchen for dried and dressed!
You soon adapt!
Seriously - on a practical measure - do you have HomeSure or another Boiler plan?0 -
Hi
Have you looked in the installation or user manual.?
Fault codes ?
Difficult to say as you don't give any clue as to what the boiler is. ie make and model.
Frozen condensate drain is a favourite at the moment.

Might help if you gave the make and model and some more info about the problem. Has it got power to it, has it got gas? Presume it's a combi. No free lunch, and no free laptop
