Tried to do a pin change on my Morgan Stanley credit card, and the ATM wont let me do it it just rejects the request after I have entered a new pin.
Do I need to use a particular ATM network, with other Credit Cards I have had you have had to use RBS or HSBC ATM machines.

Why cannot you visit their website? This is on the front page:
Find out more >Will I be able to choose my own PIN?
Yes. If you want to change your PIN to something that you will find easier to remember, or if you forget the one we give you, you can request a self-select PIN form through our online Account Centre, or call us on 0800 02 88 990.0 -
Did you know you don't need to have a PIN with your card. You can opt out of Chip & PIN and ask for a Chip & Signature Card.
Morgan Stanley supplied me with Chip & Signature vice PIN cards. No need to worry about PINs, forgetting or compromising them.
If you're a victim of PIN based fraud, according to recent media reports it's a nightmare.
If you've more than one plastic card, and you have difficulty remembering seldom used numbers, and you are heeding the indsturies advice - don't use the same PIN for more than one card, and you never ever use your credit card at hole-in-the walls, then Chip & Signature probably meets your needs.0 -
You have to contact them as said before on 08000288990 and they will send you a form in about 4 days which you fill out a new pin number you want send this back they will then send you a new card .You then have to destroy your card you have and use the new one.All this seems long winded i know but you are unable to change a pin on a card you have with morgan stanley. This I was told in a phone call to their customer services.0
