I am in the process of trying to reclaim all of my charges back from all companies that I have held a Credit card with over the last 6 years. Can anyone tell me how I will go about finding out the Account information (account number, sort code) as I no longer have records as I have destroyred all correspondance on all of the older cards which I no longer have???

If you request a standard Subject access request in accordance with S.7 of the DPA , giving Name, address and date of birth then most creditors should be able to recover your personal data and account data from these items. It’s hard enough remembering my opinions - without remembering my reasons for them :rolleyes:0
