Section 75 claims

Evening all, I made a section 75 claim through barclay card in September and I don't seem to be getting any forward motion on this, is it normal for a claim to take this long and is there anyone I can contact to speed things up?

Have you tried to resolve the matter with the retailer first and kept copies of all correspondence?0

yes but they are being utterly useless, 4 months and still nothing. bought it in May, still faulty september, still waiting for a refund0

Our section 75 claim from Benfield ATT/Simply Selfbuild took around 5 months via John Lewis Partnership card
In the end we got £7,800 back from this company via partnership.
The best part was that Partnership got this back from them so the money did not come from John Lewis but from the useless incompetent scumbags themselves
No wonder they went into voluntary liquidation
