i bought a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa from land of leather 2 years ago...i also took out accidental cover on them which cost £250 for total of 5 yrs...
over the past year on all the seat seams its starting to peel and tear...i phoned them and thay came out.they said its not covered in the warranty because its on the leather match side (i was not told it was leather match when i bought it) only the seats are leather and thats all thats covered...its getting worse over time the sofas cost £1000 when i purchased them 2 yrs ago and i took the extra guarantee because i have kids and dogs.
now land of leather have gone .i can only discuss this with the insurance company and im getting nowhere....any ideas please?

So, if the warranty didn't cover the whole suite, what does it cover?
