Best way to appeal car park fine?

In my professional expieriance , the only way to get away with these fines is to first ask for photo evidence (I know one company has a shortage of cameras PA`s) and secondly plead ignorance , apologises and say you didnt know.

Unfortunatley , if its a CPS car park at a train station , you could strruggle , as they are under pressure from the new train company , and the ticket guys in particular have to undertake extra duties lik elitter picking and report faults etc.......

Not really connected, just talking about being vertically challenged reminded me about a council near here that altered all their parking machines so that they could be reached by someone short as someone pointed out that they could be sued for discrimination. Cost thousands of pounds!

I'd chuckle if a tall person now sued them for damage to their back for having to bend down to use them
