Hi Folks,

As titled, are they worth it, and does anyone here have any experiences, good or bad and can recommend a particularly provider?

Have been looking at Sentinel and CPP.

I've never been convinced of their value.

Sentinal was the first insurance product I ever sold!

Halifax have an alternative product at £18 a year / £42 for 3 years. No idea how this compares on price/benefits though.

Many packaged current accounts include this sort of cover though - check that you're not already paying for it!

Hi Op4U,

Definitely not currently paying for the service, and was just toying with the idea of taking out the cover if it was justified.

The only benefits I currently see are actually just the fact that the one company will cancel all your cards. Something which in reality, I could do with a phone and some time.

Unless there are other perks that I am missing.

Cancelled CPP today. Have had the policy for a few years only through laziness. It's been one of those things that is debited every year and you don't notice it at £20 but now it is £39 for the year so had to go.
