Issue with my TV

My TV's audio is sounding very quiet when people who are narrating documentaries or commentating on sports are speaking, having to turn up the volume considerably. This makes the foreground audio, everything other than the speaker, very loud and it's getting quite frustrating. I don't know how to troubleshoot this, should I just contact the retailer for advice?

Do you have any feature along the lines of "volume levelling", "auto volume" etc
This may just help. If not go to the manufacturer for advice.Back by no demand whatsoever.0
