i am fuming with scottish power!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my meter has packed in (meterfit prepayment)

they never sent an electronic flow to united utilities so no engineer

no engineer= no heat

and their centre closed at 7pm, united utilities told me the problem at 8pm

i am livid!!!!!!!! and freezing
things arent the way they were before, you wouldnt even recognise me anymore- not that you knew me back then ;)

    I'd be more fuming at my own foolishness for electing to use a prepayment meter. Switch to a credit meter and technical glitches (and cash-flow hiccoughs) will be minimised.

    it was here when i moved in, i bought the house less than 12 months ago
