    Wordpress.com. Not wordpress.org, that's only the software for if you have your own webserver.

    For a basic blog, Blogger and Wordpress are both pretty good, however Wordpress has streaked well ahead in terms of plugins etc for a more advanced blog.

    I would probably go with Wordpress.
