Help with old Telewest debt - Virgin rep would be helpful

Hi, I am new to these forums. My problem is that I applied online for a Virgin phone as I am getting annoyed with the prices I am having to pay with BT. I received an email from Virgin a day later saying that I had an outstanding balance at my home address and this had to be cleared before they would install the phone line. I emailed them back to find out what this debt was but they haven't replied! :whistle:

Is there anyone out there who has gone through something similar and could steer me in the right track? If there is a Virgin rep on these forums if you could help me with this that would also be great. I look forward to your replies.
