Which OWL energy monitor

            couldn't disagree more.
after I got the Owl - I focussed on energy reduction - and it helped me reduce my bill by 30% (consumption) = £150 (cash). would I have reduced anyway - YES - would ithave been by so much - NO (imho)
how it helps - Its just like a constant reminder of what's being used(should we need one - NO - do we need one YES). Its most useful at the end of the day to ensure we are at our agreed mimimum - eg only things we are happy to leave on are actually on. remember 1p an hour baseline drain is £100 a year
Well done. I admire your persistence. On the plus side, I didn't lose too much on mine as it sold on ebay for most of the purchase price.0 -
I got mines free from British Gas since I work there. It makes me more aware of the electric I use and in turn helps me use less.0
